Starters
Caramelised Scallops on cauliflower purée with crispy pancetta.
Baked Provoleta topped with caramelised onions, crispy chorizo, and baguette crostini.
Main Course
Beef Wellington A 7oz/200g Prime Fillet, tenderly wrapped in a decadent mushroom filling, served with perfectly golden noisette potatoes.
Roasted Duck Breast on a bed of braised red cabbage with caramelised orange and gratin dauphinois.
Dessert
Tarantella De Manzana – traditional Argentine dessert bread and apple pudding with whipped cream.
Vanilla Panna Cotta with strawberry jelly.
